We would love to be a part of your wedding day. Planning a wedding can be an ellaborate task, but designing your wedding cake should be a stress-free, fun and creative process. We want to create you a one-of-a-kind masterpiece specifically tailored to your personality and vision as a couple.
Here is a little more information about our wedding process.
We are a private cake studio and can only accommodate a certain amount of orders per date. We can book up 6-12 months in advance during our peak wedding season (May-Sept.)
2. Schedule a Design Appointment
Design appointments are available for wedding orders with a minimum of 75 servings. Here we will discuss all details of your order, design a cake, and answer any questions. If you are serving less than 75, or you live out of town; we will work with you via email or phone to ensure that all details are nailed down and questions are answered.
Appointments are $30 and will be credited back when you officially book with us. This fee does NOT reserve your wedding date.
Included in your appointment is a tasting of 3 cake and filling combinations of your choice. You may add more flavors at an additional price.
3. Place your Deposit.
Your date is officially reserved only when your $100 security deposit is received (non-refundable.)
You may place your deposit prior to your design appointment to secure your date. We highly recommend doing this if you know you want SnazzyCakes to create for you. This will ensure your date does not become booked by someone else. Your $100 deposit will include your design appointment & tasting.
4. Digital Cake Sketch
We want you to be confident that we can capture your vision for your wedding day. After drawing a rough sketch with you, we will create a digital cake sketch. This is a visual tool that is incredibly unique to SnazzyCakes and will allow you to see your wedding cake before your big day.
some of the most FAQ's How far in advance should we book our wedding cake? We encourage you to book your date as soon as possible as dates are booked out up to a year in advance; this will ensure you have your date secure.
What if I do not live in Duluth? We frequently work with couples who are not local. We can work out all details and design via email/phone,whichever best suits you.
Can I have multiple flavors in my cake? Of course; extra flavors are $20/additional flavor.
How do I set up a Design Appointment? (consultation and tasting) Visit our contact page and submit a contact form.
What is the deposit to reserve my date? A $100 retainer fee is required to hold your date. This fee is applied to your cake balance and is non-refundable.
How many people can I bring to my design appointment? We can accommodate up to 4 guests in our studio. Each tasting box serves 2; an additional box can be purchased at $30.
